In the event that the product is damaged, damaged, or receives a product that does not what the customer ordered.
You can return the product within 7 days after receiving the product.
If you order multiple items in one order and receive different
parcels at the different time. The return period starts on the day you receive the last parcel.
Conditions for returning products are as follows:
- You can return defective or damaged products, we can change the size of the product only.
- The product must not have been used before, not worn or washed.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging with tags attached.
- Free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable.
After we have received and inspected the returned product. We will contact to confirm that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund. If you are approved We will process the refund within 7 working days
