Returns and Product Exchange Policy

In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you can return the products within 7 days of receiving them.

If you order multiple items in one order and receive them at different times, the return period starts from the day you receive the last item.

Conditions for Returns:
- You can return damaged or defective items, and we can only exchange the size of the product.
- The products must be unused, not damaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Free gift items or promotional items cannot be refunded.

After we receive and inspect the returned products, we will contact you to confirm whether the return is approved or rejected. If approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
