Returns and Product Exchange Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY
1. If you receive the wrong model, wrong size, a defective item, or an item with any damage, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the actual delivery date.
• The delivery date confirmed by the courier will be counted as Day 1.
• Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 7 days.
2. Returned products must be in 100% original condition.
• All original tags must be intact, and the item must not be washed or used.
3. Please provide your order number and the item name you wish to exchange so our team can check stock availability before proceeding.
4. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock:
• You may exchange it for another item of equal or higher value, and the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
5. In-store exchanges will not be accepted, as inventory is separated by sales channels.
6. Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
7. Items under Sale or Collaborations will not be accepted for exchange, return, or refund under any circumstances.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
1. Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been completed:
• The order will not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund under any circumstances
2. If an exchange results in a remaining price balance:
• Customers may select additional items to match the full remaining amount.
• If no additional items are selected, the remaining balance will not be eligible for refund according to the policy.
3. After the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, our team will contact you to confirm the result and the approval status of the refund (if applicable).
If approved, the refund will be issued within the specified timeline (business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays):
Bank Transfer / QR Payment: Refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days.
Credit Card: Refunds will be issued within 20-30 business days.
